Before and After Photos
Welcome to our photo gallery, where you can witness the transformative power of modern dentistry. Yes, these are all of our cases! All surgical and restorative procedures are done exclusively in house. Explore these incredible before-and-after photos to see how we’ve helped our patients achieve the radiant, confident smiles they’ve always dreamed of. We have completed hundreds of these cases over the years and recently started to document our before and after’s. Here are just a few that have been recently completed.

Multifaceted full mouth rehab including a sinus lift, immediate and standard implants, crowns, and a removable partial.

Replacement of upper and lower veneers. Several of this patient’s existing veneers had recurrent decay, had debonded and needed to be recemented over the years. She opted to replace the defective restorations with all crowns for more stability.

Smile makeover on the upper arch with 8 crowns to enhance esthetics and proper positioning.

Most of our implants are immediate (placed the same day as extraction) but due to lack of bone, this molar was removed followed by staged implant placement. Staged placement is: extract and bone graft (3 month healing time), implant placement (2 month healing time), and finally (finally!) implant crown placement. Please note adjacent teeth with fractures!

This patient fractured his premolar off at the gum line and wanted a solution to replace the tooth under IV sedation. After 3D imaging he had plenty of bone to remove the tooth and place an immediate implant. Under IV sedation the tooth was removed, implant placed, and temporary (party tooth) was given to to him for the healing phase. Since he is a snowbird, he wasn’t back for 7 months for us to first measure then deliver the final implant crown.

Three different issues going on that resulted in three new implant crowns. The tooth on the left had an infected root canal and the patient did not want to try and save it. We removed the tooth and placed an immediate implant, followed by an implant crown 3 months later. The middle tooth had an existing implant with a fractured crown in which we simply replaced the implant crown. The tooth on the right was an implant crown that broke as did the implant abutment. The abutment was fractured as it was cold-welded to the implant. Ultrasonics were used to dislodge the remaining abutment and a new implant crown was made.

Full upper crowns and bridges that were done to fix broken and decayed teeth as well as enhance esthetics. These procedures were done under IV sedation.

Due to severe periodontal disease, bone loss, and decay, all teeth needed to be removed. All-on-4 treatment was completed on the upper and the lower was treated with a 4 implant retained overdenture.

Upper All-on-5 with the initial surgery done under IV sedation and screwed in temporary delivered during that first appointment with the final delivered 3 months later.

Due to failing long span bridges on the upper and severe periodontal disease and bone loss on the lower this was a dual arch All-on-4 case. We usually do these cases in all zirconia, but this patient opted for titanium bar under acrylic for both.

Many teeth with severe decay on the bottom with a long span bridge that was not able to be saved due to decayed supporting teeth. We elected to go with an All-on-5 on the lower under IV sedation. Screwed in temporary was delivered the same day as the surgery, and final was delivered in 3 months.

We needed to remove three teeth on the bottom due to decay, previous failing root canals, and current infections. She did not want an implant bridge and elected for three individual implants and crowns.

Upper implant bridge to replace all natural upper teeth that were not able to be fixed long term (failing root canals and severe decay). Implants were placed under IV sedation and we were able to deliver a screwed in temporary bridge the same day and the final bridge in 3 months.

Five single implants (one with a vertical sinus lift on the top and an immediate implant on the bottom) to replace teeth that had fractured, were infected, had severe bone loss, and were mobile.

The goal of this patient was to close the black triangle in the middle of her upper teeth and straighten her teeth as much as possible without orthodontics (braces or clear aligners). We were able to accomplish this with 5 crowns (4 front and one on the upper right premolar) and leaving the canines untouched.

Patient with several systemic diseases and very limited mobility (almost bed ridden). His only goal was to be able to eat better as his previous work had failed over the years. His limitations were: no implants, no orthodontics, and had to be done in two visits as he needed transportation. We prepped all teeth the first visit (including crown lengthening and extractions) and placed him in temps. Two weeks later the finals were delivered. The patient was extremely excited that he could eat again!

Upper All-on-6 implants and lower with an overdenture on 4 implants. We chose an overdenture on the lower as she would have needed extensive bone grafting to accommodate and All-on-X style prothesis. We were able to fit narrow implants on the lower and provide great retention with an overdenture.

The most common area for bone loss to occur is the lower front teeth. There could have been a few approaches here but this patient chose an implant bridge that would replace the gum tissue as well as the teeth. His other options would have been a traditional bridge or bone grafting to gain some height back followed by implants.

Patient with Multiple Myeloma that was not a candidate for dental implants. He had gone through medication related osteonecrosis of the jaw and his lower anterior teeth needed to be removed. Our only options were a removable partial denture or a fixed bridge. He went with a fixed bridge.

Due to severe periodontal disease all of this gentleman’s upper teeth needed to be removed. We performed extractions, implants, and screwed in temporary bridge under IV sedation in one appointment.

Even if you are not ready to get implants we can give you a solution that looks good (but to be honest is not the best in terms of function). Most people can tolerate these flexible removable partials quite well as a short-term solution.

Due to severe decay on all upper teeth, we gave this patient all zirconia crowns. The crowns were customized by a master ceramist as we wanted the strength of zirconia (not the most aesthetic material) with the natural shape and shade that she previously had. I can appreciate the subtle differences in shape and perfect custom staining of these crowns to make them resemble the look of her previous teeth.

This patient had a failing bridge on the upper left. The front tooth on the bridge had a root fracture and had to be removed, and the back tooth was perfectly fine. We sectioned the bridge and left the back tooth and crown alone. After the graft and healing phase, we placed two implants with vertical sinus lifts and restored two implants with custom abutments and zirconia crowns.

The initial issue was that we had severe bone loss on the bottom teeth which made these teeth mobile and made eating very difficult. Also, her top crowns had fractures and natural teeth had areas of decay and severely misaligned (this makes restoring the bottom difficult). We treated the lower with an All On X (6 implants total) and upper with 8 beautiful crowns.

This gentleman fractured his front tooth and it could not be restored. We extracted the tooth and placed an immediate implant the same day He healed with a removable temporary ( we call it a “party tooth”) and the final crown was placed 3 months later.

Looks can be deceiving on the before picture as everything looks pretty darn good. But….the 2 circled teeth not only have decay, they are the back supports of his bridge that was a total span of 9 teeth…way too long of a span for only 2 healthy teeth to support let alone 2 decayed teeth! We removed the decayed teeth, placed 4 implants with a fully functional temporary for the healing phase the same day. 4 months later we placed the final zirconia bridge.

Another failed 3 unit bridge situation where we were able to keep the back tooth, extract the front tooth and placed an immediate implant the same day, and also placed an implant where the middle (false tooth) of the bridge was. 2 Implant crowns were placed 3 months later.

Upper and lower All-on-X with immediate placement of temporary implant supported bridges. After healing, the final implant supported bridges were delivered. He never had a denture for healing.

The upper bridge was an All-on-X style of implant supported bridge done years ago. It had become loose many times and started to chip and fracture needing many repairs. He decided it was time to make another bridge with better materials and we were able to ensure the fit was perfect.

This patients existing veneers had been chipping and fracturing for a few years, she needed to have root canals done to several of the veneered teeth, and a few have fallen off and needed to be recemented. We were able to remove all existing veneers and replaced them with a combo of veneers/crowns with a more esthetic and stronger material.

A young man came in and wanted to have all of his teeth removed. He had seen the advertisements for “Teeth In A Day” and since he has not been to the dentist in a long time (due to extreme phobia) he assumed his teeth were all bad. After evaluating his teeth and addressing his concerns we decided that restoring his teeth back to function with root canals, crowns, fillings and some extractions was the way to go. Under two IV sedation appointments all work was completed and all he has to do now is maintain and possibly Invisalign..

A very lovely woman was referred to us who split her premolar down the middle (this is the most common tooth to split!). Needless to say we could not restore the tooth. It was extracted and and immediate implant was placed the same day. The final crown was delivered 3 months later.

Its a bit difficult interpret the before pictures as they are low quality, but they are old porcelain fused to metal bridges done over 30 years ago. The porcelain had fractured off in many areas and there was decay all around and under them. We replaced the two 4 unit bridges with zirconia bridges under IV sedation in two separate appointments as the patient was phobic and wanted no part of the process.

This lower back molar ultimately failed due to a large fracture down the root that became painful. We were able to remove the tooth and place an immediate implant the same day. Immediate implants in this area are rare as there is typically not much bone to get good implant stability right after the extraction.

All On Six implant bridge was completed for this gentleman who was referred to our office. In one appointment and under under IV sedation, all upper teeth were removed, implants placed, and fixed (screwed in) temporary teeth were fitted. 4 months later his final was delivered and he was ecstatic!

Our long time patient fractured a tooth and and was also missing a tooth right behind the fractured one for several years. She was somewhat forced to make a decision now as missing those teeth were affecting her ability to chew/eat and smile. Implants are typically the better option, but she decided to go with a 4 tooth bridge as her crown on the back and front tooth would need replaced anyway (due to decay).

Smile upgrade with 8 upper zirconia veneers! She was thrilled with the result and continues to receive many compliments!

One immediate implant and one standard implant with a vertical sinus graft to give this gentleman some chewing power back.

Due to erosion and wear over the years, the missing enamel was replaced with porcelain veneers on these 10 lower teeth.

Such a large difference a few crowns can make. We were able to level and fix crowding/rotation of the lower front teeth with 6 crowns. Aside from the crowding, these teeth had extensive decay that were patched with fillings previously.

This young man (89 years young) wanted his tooth replaced. His original tooth fractured significantly due to a large silver filling and we were unable to restore it. He had the usual choices of an implant and a bridge and he wanted an implant. We were able to remove the remaining root and place the implant the same day. Three months of healing is all it took and were able to give him his tooth back.

A nice tissue level “short” implant (due to proximity to the nerve right below) to compliment the implant we did in front of it last year.

Kay had a long history of dental work. She went through many procedures over the years and decided that she wanted a more permanent solution where things didn’t need to keep getting fixed and repaired. During her main surgery appointment we placed upper and lower implants and secured screwed in temporary implant bridges. She was able to eat, talk, and smile again immediately after (after a few days of discomfort ; ) ). Four months of healing went by and we fit her for her final All On X implant bridges.

Severe decay preceded this healthy gentleman’s extraction and bone graft, setting him up for a stagged implant placement. Extraction and bone graft (wait 4 months) followed by implant placement (wait 3 months) and then crown delivery.

Staged implant placement for a lovely 93 year old (whom healed better than most people half her age) that did not like the space that was there after the tooth needed to be removed (due to severe decay). We did a bone graft after the tooth removal just in case she she wanted an implant, and turns out we needed it!
