We have completed hundreds of these cases over the years and recently started to document our before and after’s. Here are just a few that have been completed in the past few years.

Multifaceted full mouth rehab with a sinus lift, immediate and standard implants, crowns, and a removable partial.

Replaced upper and lower veneers with for a full smile makeover. Many of her previous veneers had decay and have fallen off and had to be recemented over the years. She opted to replace with all crowns for more stability.

Smile makeover on the upper with 8 crowns to enhance esthetics and positioning.

Upper and lower full mouth extractions and immediate placement of temporary implant supported bridges. After healing, the final implant supported bridges were delivered. He never had a denture for healing.

Many teeth with severe decay on the bottom with a long span bridge that was not able to be saved due to decayed supporting teeth. We elected to go with a full implant bridge on the lower here under IV sedation. Screw in temporary was delivered the same day as the surgery, and final was delivered in 3 months.

We needed to remove three teeth on the bottom due to decay, previous failing root canals, and current infections. She did not want an implant bridge and elected for three individual implants and crowns.

Upper implant bridge to replace all natural upper teeth that were not able to be fixed long term (failing root canals and severe decay). Implants were placed under IV sedation and we were able to deliver a screwed in temporary bridge the same day and the final bridge in 3 months.

Five single implants (one with a vertical sinus lift on the top and an immediate implant on the bottom) to replace teeth that fractured, infected, had severe bone loss, and were mobile.
